Rich Lockwood

Rich Lockwood joined the Spring Team in 2023 and is currently based in Seattle, Washington, working as a Radiologic Technologist.

Outside of running Rich enjoys bikepacking, skiing, and climbing (among many other outdoor activities).

Unlike many elites in the trailrunning and ultrarunning world, Rich's background was not in track or cross country, but rather in soccer. 

Some notable running accomplishments:

• Run Rabbit Run 100M - 1st Overall
• Doi Inthanon by UTMB 104K - 2nd Overall
• Deception Pass Marathon - 1st Overall and Course Record
