## **Shipping Policy**

### Processing Time

Orders are processed within **24 hours** in most cases. During seasonal demand spikes, processing may take up to **3 business days**. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Spring Energy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after your order has been dispatched.

### Shipping Options

**Domestic Orders (United States)**
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days after processing

**International Orders**
- We ship to select international markets via DHL
- Delivery times vary by destination
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees

### Order Tracking

Track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you selected ShipAid package protection at checkout, you can also track your package at: https://track.shipaid.com/

### Wrong or Incomplete Address

**You are fully responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.**

If your shipment is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error on your end (this often happens when browser autofill populates old addresses), **we cannot issue a refund**. 

If the shipment is returned to our facility, we will issue **store credit** equal to the product cost **minus the original shipping cost**.

### Missing or Late Orders

**What if my order hasn't arrived by the expected date?**

Contact us at contact@myspringenergy.com with your order number. We will check the status and work to resolve the issue.

**Important conditions:**
1. A package is considered lost when tracking shows no updates for **14 business days**. After that point, we will reship your order.
2. **Spring Energy is not responsible for orders marked "DELIVERED" by the carrier.** Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before actual delivery. Please check with neighbors and around your property before contacting us.

We strongly recommend adding **ShipAid** package protection at checkout for coverage against loss, theft, or damage.

### Damaged Products

You have **10 days after delivery** to report any issues with your order. Orders older than 10 days are final and will not be corrected. 

If your product arrives damaged, email contact@myspringenergy.com with photos and your order number within this timeframe.

### Cancellations

**Can I cancel my order?**

Once an order has been placed, you may request cancellation by logging into your account and clicking "Edit or Cancel" next to the order. Cancellation is only possible **before the order has been processed** (usually within 24 hours).

Spring Energy does not reimburse shipping costs for orders created by mistake.

### No Returns Policy

**Spring Energy does not accept returns or issue refunds.**

Due to the nature of our products — made with real food and no preservatives — we do not resell returned items for quality and safety reasons. 

If a shipment is returned to us for any reason (refused delivery, wrong address, etc.), we will issue **store credit** for the product cost minus shipping fees. **No cash refunds are available.**

### ShipAid Package Protection

ShipAid is an optional third-party insurance service offered at checkout to protect against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
