Once upon a time professional triathlete and 2x Ironman Champion.  A year after stepping away from triathlon the trails called my name.  I fell in love with exploring my Big Island home and going places only my legs could carry me.  2017 was my season of roots & rocks…landing me a spot on the start list for the HURT100 in January 2018.  My biggest passion is however, mom to my 11 year old son, Kainoa.  I’m also a 1^st grade school teacher and love encouraging the youth of my island to build dreams and rise up to them…
