Spring Energy Golden Ticket Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Spring Energy Golden Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Spring Energy (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on February 21, 2025 and ends on March 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT (the “Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter: Participants may enter in one of two ways:   
- With a Purchase: Every order placed on www.myspringenergy.com during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the giveaway. The order number will be assigned as the participant’s lottery entry.    
- Without a Purchase (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit their name, email address, and mailing address via an entry form or by mailing a handwritten postcard with the same information to: Spring Energy Golden Ticket Giveaway 1314 Fitzgerald Ave. Unit 4, San Francisco, CA 94124. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 21, 2025, and received by March 25, 2025, to be eligible. Each AMOE entry will be assigned a unique number corresponding to an order number for the lottery process. 

4. Winner Selection & Lottery Process:    
•    Each week during the Promotion Period, two (2) winners will be randomly selected, for a total of eight (8) winners.    
•    An app will randomly determine the specific day of the week when a winner will be selected.     
•    All order numbers from that day, along with AMOE entries assigned a corresponding number, will be entered into a random draw.     
•    The winner will be chosen at random from the eligible entries for that day.

5. Prize Details: Each winner will receive a Golden Ticket, which will contain one of the following:    
•    $200 Spring Energy Gift Card     
•    $100 Spring Energy Gift Card

The Golden Ticket will be included in the winner’s order shipment. If the winner was selected via AMOE, they will be notified by email, and their prize will be delivered electronically. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of selection. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. General Conditions:     
•    By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.     
•    The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway.     
•    By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

8. Limitation of Liability: Spring Energy and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or any errors that may occur in the administration of the giveaway. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims related to participation or receipt of a prize.
